How to place an order?

Time Schedule

All dresses are made in our factory according to the size from buyer and usually take about 10~18 working days for making, 3~8 working days for delivery.

Custom Size & Color

It is important to provide the correct size to fit yourself, you can write message of the size/color you needed as well as with your requirements at customer note column on submit order page.

Dresses could be made with different colors, you can select the color you like from the color chart. We will confirm the Size/Color/Styles/any requirements with you by email before tailor if needed.

How to submit custom size & color?

If you can't get the correct size from the standard size chart, please contact us by live chat,MSN,Skype and email us your detailed size measurement after checkout or write at customer note column on submit order page.

Color Aberration

Please take note that colors may vary slightly from the pictures due to the nature of printing and other media used to show items.

Custom Order

Custom orders are welcome. Simply provide the picture or style of the dresses that you are favorite, we will respond you with the cost for tailor and delivery.

Return & Exchange

All the orders are processed according to order confirmation we got from cutomers, we are trying our best to satisfy all customers. And all ordered placed on our website should obey follwing policies under any condtion.

Return

We only can accept return for sake of obviours quality problem which exclude size and color problem. - Your requests must be received within 24hours after receiving your order by email to get permisson for return or exchange, otherwise we will not accept.

Color Aberration is existed due to the color effect by different PC monitor and weather conditon. This problem can not be treated as quality problem under any condition.

For customer made size dresses, we can not offer any return, please find a professional tailor to measure you and keep fit. But we can revise it for you if you can pay for shipping back fee.

For standard size dresses, if there are any size problems, please take some photograhps on the merchandise by laying it on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the problem. Customers shall submit the photographs to info@bulkdress.com and services may have the designated personnel to take the dispute and a reply will be offered wihin 24 hours.

We don’t take any responsibility on the delay of your confirmation email received by us. Usually we will send you order confirmatioin email after getting your full payment to re-confirm all your order details to avoid any mistakes, if your order can not be confirmed within 5 business days after payment date, we will make your order without any return and exchange according to confirmation email we sent before.

We can not offer refund for sake of late remittance for your order. If you decide to order, please choose correct payment method according to your event date.

We make dresses strictly according to confirmation email you confirmed, the style, fabrics are the same as website stated, all requests for returns such as not like the picture I ordered, dissatisfy about the quality and not the fabric I like etc, are not accepted.

We do not accept the request for the return of your received product in the event of product did not meet your requirement on the hange of style from the original product desigh. Any changed items from original desigh can not be returned and exchanged under any circumstances.

We can not accept any return and exchange for sake of express company’s responsibilities such as late delivery,packing damaged, wrinkle dress and so on. Please check package before signing to protect your own rights. - Wrong shipping information ( receiver’s full name, address with post code and contact phone number) will occur wrong shipping or delay shipping or destory package, we can not accept return and exchange for wrong shipping information we get from customers.

Exchange

Please conact our services within 24 hours after receiving your itmes to get a permition code if you want to exchange.

Goods need to ship back item to the designated returning address on customers behalf after getting permition code, we will check the defects and revise for you. Re-ship to your address cost will also be charged by customers.

Please use Post Office to ship back items to us, if use TNT or DHL or UPS, China customs will ask for taxes, and sorry we do not take any responsibility for taxes.
